Prices are fixed and published: replacing a socket in the same position is £95 + VAT (£114 inc VAT), fitting your own light fitting starts at £95 + VAT, a like-for-like mains smoke alarm is £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT) and an outdoor security light starts at £180 + VAT (£216 inc VAT). If a job is not on the list, send us a photo and we will price it straight away.

Yes. Two or three small jobs in one visit works out much better value than separate call-outs. Tell us the whole list when you get in touch and we will price it as one visit.

Where it should be, yes. Work that needs a minor works certificate gets one, and anything notifiable is notified to building control. You get the paperwork either way, emailed to you.
