Do you really take on small jobs?
Yes, happily. A single socket, one light fitting or a dead switch is a proper job to us, priced clearly and done tidily. Small jobs are how many of our long-term customers first found us.
How much do small electrical jobs cost?
Prices are fixed and published: replacing a socket in the same position is £95 + VAT (£114 inc VAT), fitting your own light fitting starts at £95 + VAT, a like-for-like mains smoke alarm is £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT) and an outdoor security light starts at £180 + VAT (£216 inc VAT). If a job is not on the list, send us a photo and we will price it straight away.
Can I save by bundling jobs together?
Yes. Two or three small jobs in one visit works out much better value than separate call-outs. Tell us the whole list when you get in touch and we will price it as one visit.
Is small electrical work certificated?
Where it should be, yes. Work that needs a minor works certificate gets one, and anything notifiable is notified to building control. You get the paperwork either way, emailed to you.
