Will I need planning permission or building regs?

It depends on the work. We'll tell you when a job needs Building Regulations sign-off or planning permission, and point you in the right direction before anything starts.

How does pricing work for building jobs?

Same as our electrical work: we survey first, then give you a fixed detailed quote. If anything unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop and agree it with you before continuing.

How long will my project take?

We'll give you a realistic schedule with your quote and keep you updated throughout: our project management is built around finishing on time.
