How much does an EICR cost in Bristol?
For a 1 or 2 bedroom home an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) starts from £180 + VAT, and a typical 3 bedroom house is £250 + VAT. The inspection normally takes 1 to 2 hours on site, and you get a full written report for your records, your mortgage lender or your letting agent.
How often does a landlord need an EICR?
A rental property needs its EICR renewing at least every 5 years, and once the inspection is done you are legally required to give tenants a copy of the report within 28 days. Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and detailed, with fixed pricing agreed before any work is booked, so the price you accept is the price you pay for the scope we set out. Anything outside that scope is agreed with you before it is done, never sprung on the invoice.
How much does it cost to replace a fuse box?
